Zyme
Punchy intro
Eat the food, skip the regret, OKAY?! Zyme is your mealtime bestie — a full digestive enzyme blend that helps your body actually BREAK DOWN what you just ate so you can say BYEEE to the bloat, the heaviness, and the "why did I eat that" regret!! Lets get this gut HAPPY!!!
Nerdy deep-dive
Zyme features a Digestive Enzyme Pro Blend with Makzyme-Pro — a fungal protease (from Aspergillus oryzae) that helps break down proteins — plus an enzyme + probiotic blend containing Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, and Lactobacillus plantarum. Its also got Bromelain (from pineapple — breaks down protein!), Papain (from papaya — breaks down protein!), Fungal Lipase (breaks down fats and oils), Fungal Lactase (breaks down dairy sugars), and Alpha Galactosidase (helps with the harder-to-digest plant fibers that cause gas and bloating). Other ingredients: vegetable capsule (hypromellose), vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Sixty capsules per bottle. Suggested use: take one (1) capsule twice daily, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal. Quick note for my alpha-gal family: the "Alpha Galactosidase" in here is an ENZYME that digests plant fibers — it is NOT the same thing as alpha-gal the allergy molecule. Totally different thing, youre good here.
Who it’s for
The bloat-prone babe who feels like a balloon after certain meals — we see you, sis. Anyone who wants to get MORE nutrition out of the food theyre already eating. Dairy-sensitive friends (the lactase has your back, honey!). The wellness girlie building a full gut-health routine from the inside out.
Medication interactions
Digestive enzyme blends like this generally carry LOW interaction risk — thats the good news! The two things to know: Bromelain and papain have mild antiplatelet properties, so if you take blood thinners (like warfarin) or antiplatelet drugs, check with your doctor or pharmacist first. Otherwise, no major established interactions — but with anything new, your pharmacist is your best friend.
