Punchy intro

She's called Siren because one look at her ingredient list and you're HOOKED, sis. Straight from the ocean: sea moss, bladderwrack, and burdock root — the mineral dream team the internet wont SHUT UP about!!! Your skin, your energy, your whole meat suit — she said lets GOOO!!!

Nerdy deep-dive

Siren's formula is beautifully simple: Organic Irish Moss (sea moss — Chondrus crispus), Organic Bladderwrack, and Organic Burdock Root, plus BioPerine (black pepper fruit extract, standardized for piperine — added to help your body absorb the minerals). Sea moss is famous for its broad mineral spectrum (naturally containing iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, and more) — it's been eaten for thousands of years in coastal cultures, long before it was trendy. Bladderwrack brings even more iodine plus fucoidan, a marine polysaccharide studied for wellness properties. Burdock root is the traditional blood-and-lymph-system herb — the old-school herbalists' favorite for gentle daily support. The capsules are pullulan (plant-based — NOT gelatin). Suggested use: take two capsules once daily, ideally 20–30 minutes before a meal.

Who it's for

The thyroid-curious mineral seekers… the skin-glow chasers who want their radiance from the INSIDE… the ocean-medicine lovers who trust what comes from the sea… and the "give me my minerals from FOOD, not a synthetic multivitamin" crowd!! She said nature did it FIRST!!!

Medication interactions

Sea moss and bladderwrack naturally contain iodine, which can alter how thyroid medications work — extra iodine may nudge your thyroid in either direction, so check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding sea moss, don't change your thyroid dose yourself, and separate thyroid medication from supplements by at least 4 hours. If you have Hashimoto's, Graves' disease, or any autoimmune thyroid condition, this is a consult-first supplement — sudden iodine changes can affect disease activity. Bladderwrack also has mild anticoagulant properties — people on prescription blood thinners (warfarin, etc.) should check with their doctor. BioPerine (piperine) can affect how some medications are absorbed — ask your pharmacist if you take prescriptions.

Check-with-your-doctor

This is a dietary supplement, not medical advice. Seaweed-based supplements affect everyone a little differently because of their iodine content. Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting a new supplement, especially if you take thyroid medication, blood thinners, or any prescription, have a thyroid condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under 18. Keep out of reach of children. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
