Nerdy deep-dive
So simple, so good!! Just three ingredients: 96% Organic Ground Coffee — medium roast, real coffee with real caffeine for that smooth, sustained lift (dark chocolate + nutty + full body notes!). 2% Organic Lion's Mane Mushroom Powder — the "smart mushroom," traditionally treasured for cognitive and nervous-system support; studied for its potential role in focus and mental clarity. 2% Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder — the antioxidant powerhouse of the mushroom world, traditionally used for immune support and overall vitality. Thats IT. No flavors, no fillers, no sweeteners — just coffee + two functional mushrooms. 1 tablespoon (10g) per serving, 34 servings per bag. Zero mammalian ingredients — alpha-gal friendly.
Who it's for
My coffee-first-people!!! Anyone who wants their morning ritual to WORK a little harder — steady energy without the 2pm crash, a clearer head for deep work, and immune support sipped daily. Perfect for my entrepreneur girlies, my student mamas, my "dont talk to me before coffee" queens (I see you, I AM you). Medication interactions
Two things to know, both researched: Chaga has documented anticoagulant (blood-thinning) properties — use caution with blood thinners (warfarin, Eliquis, Xarelto, Plavix, aspirin) and stop before surgery. Chaga can also lower blood sugar — if you take diabetes medications, watch your numbers. Chaga is very high in oxalates — if you have kidney disease or a history of kidney stones, skip this one or check with your doctor first. Its immune-stimulating effects may also oppose immunosuppressant drugs. Caffeine (from the coffee): if youre sensitive to caffeine, take stimulant medications, or take meds for anxiety, blood pressure, or heart rhythm, check with your doctor about daily coffee intake.
Check-with-your-doctor
Quick serious moment, love. This is still a functional food with active compounds — if youre on blood thinners, diabetes meds, immunosuppressants, have kidney issues, or are caffeine-sensitive, check with your doctor first. Not recommended in pregnancy/nursing without medical guidance (caffeine + chaga). These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
