Hush
Punchy intro
Your pantry called — it said those 2pm snack attacks have GOT to go, sis!!! Hush is a lil mixed-berry strip that melts on your tongue and helps you tell the cravings to SHUSH. No chugging horse-pills, no willpower gymnastics — just one tiny strip and back to your beautiful day!!
Nerdy deep-dive
Each strip carries three actives: Chromium (as chromium picolinate, 75 mcg) — a trace mineral involved in normal macronutrient metabolism that helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range; Saffron (Crocus sativus, 10 mg) — the red-gold flower traditionally used for calm and balance, studied for its role in snacking and emotional-eating patterns; and Molybdenum (10 mcg) — a trace mineral that acts as a cofactor for essential enzyme activity. The strip base is pullulan — a plant-derived polysaccharide, NOT gelatin — so it dissolves right on your tongue with no water needed, and it's friendly for anyone avoiding mammalian-derived ingredients. Sweetened with stevia in a light mixed-berry flavor. Take one strip per day, maximum — that's it.
Who it's for
The grazer who opens the pantry at 9pm "just to look" …the late-night snacker who wants gentle daily support alongside her Snatched Set routine… and the pill-swallowing haters who would rather have something tasty that melts on the tongue!! If willpower isn't your love language, Hush has your back, honey!!
Medication interactions
Chromium can lower blood sugar, so if you take diabetes medications or insulin (metformin, glipizide, glyburide, etc.), the combination could push your blood sugar too low (hypoglycemia) — monitor your blood sugar closely and talk to your doctor; your medication dose may need adjusting. Chromium may also theoretically reduce how much levothyroxine (thyroid medication) your body absorbs — take them several hours apart. Antacids (calcium carbonate like Tums, or PPIs like omeprazole/esomeprazole/lansoprazole) may reduce chromium absorption — don't take them at the same time. Saffron is generally well tolerated at low doses, but it may interact with blood pressure medications — ask your doctor first.
