Punchy intro

TAKE A DEEP BREATH, SIS!!! Breathe of Ahhhh is your lung-lovin herbal drops — mullein, elderberry, licorice root, thyme, eucalyptus, peppermint, and marshmallow root all cozied up in one pepperminty 2 oz bottle. One dropper 1-3 times a day and your chest just feels… lighter. Allergy season? Stuffy air? Just wanna BREATHE deeper? This ones for YOUUUU.

Nerdy deep-dive

Okay lets nerd out!! This is a botanical respiratory blend built around herbs traditional herbalists have reached for FOREVER for the lungs and airways: Mullein Leaf — the classic lung herb, traditionally used as an expectorant to support clear airways. Elderberry — the immune-season superstar, packed with anthocyanin antioxidants. Licorice Root — traditional soother for the throat and respiratory tract. Thyme — the aromatic herb traditionally used for respiratory comfort. Eucalyptus — that cool, open-airway feeling in a plant. Peppermint — refreshing, uplifting, and gives the drops their minty kiss. Marshmallow Root — the mucilage-rich demulcent that coats and soothes. Other ingredients are just Glycerin + Potassium, and the label carries a VEGAN FRIENDLY badge — zero mammalian ingredients, alpha-gal safe. Suggested use: 1 mL (about a dropper) 1-3 times daily, straight or in water, tea, or your favorite beverage.

Who it's for

My deep-breathers!!! Anyone who wants daily respiratory and lung support — seasonal stuffiness girlies, former smokers giving their lungs some love, singers and speakers, athletes, or anyone who just wants to feel like they can take the BIGGEST most satisfying breath. Also amazing in tea on a cozy night in.

Medication interactions

Real talk on the one ingredient that needs respect: licorice root. Its active compound glycyrrhizin can lower potassium and raise blood pressure with regular use, and it can work AGAINST blood pressure meds. Heads-ups: Blood pressure medications — licorice may raise BP and reduce their effectiveness. Diuretics ("water pills") — both lower potassium; together the drop can be significant. Digoxin (Lanoxin) — low potassium raises the risk of digoxin toxicity. Blood thinners — licorice may alter clotting; check with your doctor. Diabetes medications — licorice may affect blood sugar handling. If you have high blood pressure, heart rhythm issues, kidney disease, or low potassium, please check with your doctor before using this one regularly. The other herbs here (mullein, thyme, marshmallow, peppermint, eucalyptus, elderberry) are generally gentle with no major established interactions.
