Each serving (2 capsules) delivers 40 billion CFU from a four-strain blend: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis, Lactobacillus Plantarum, and Lactobacillus Paracasei — researched strains that support digestive balance and a healthy gut environment. But good bacteria need food, so Biom also includes prebiotics: fructooligosaccharide (FOS) — a prebiotic fiber that feeds beneficial bacteria — plus a Marine Polysaccharide Complex.
